Engagement photoshoot - Troopers Hill Bristol

I met up with Emily and Jamie for their engagement photoshoot on Troopers Hill in Bristol on a lovely evening as the sun was setting. They had recently got engaged and wanted something to celebrate the moment. As the sun set, the light seemed to get more flattering by the minute and the photos got better and better, it’s truly a case of 20 minutes either side of sunset is the best time for your engagement photos.

Troopers Hill is a great location in Bristol for an engagement shoot, you have wide views over the city, some very cool landmarks and lots of little pathways, plus the sun sets without much in the way. Emily’s red dress really popped against the late summer hues, helped by her natural tan.
